关于湖南绿色水运发展的思考

Reflections on the Development of Green Water Transportation in Hunan Province

简述了近年来湖南水运在节能减排、保护环境方面开展的工作,分析了在绿色航道、绿色港口、绿色船舶、绿色排放、绿色能源、绿色管理等方面存在的问题和现实需求,从建设绿色港口和绿色航道、推广使用清洁能源、洗舱水处理、船舶船型标准化、推广共建绿色水运理念等方面提出改进措施或创新举措,以促进湖南水运的绿色发展。

In this paper we briefly describe the efforts of Hunan Province in water transportation in terms of energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection in recent years,and analyze the existing problems and practical demands in green port,waterway,green ship,clean energy,and green management. In the aim of promoting the green development of water transportation in Hunan Province,we put forward some improvement or innovation measures from aspects of constructing green ports and water way,promoting the utilization of clean energy,treating cabin washing water,standardizing ship types and promoting the concept of jointly building green water transportation.
