头孢曲松钠联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎的效果评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Ceftriaxone Sodium Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Pneumonia

目的:分析头孢曲松钠与阿奇霉素联用对肺炎患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年4月包头市中心医院收治的90例肺炎患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为两组,各45例。对照组应用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用头孢曲松钠治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组各炎性因子指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肺活量、残气量及1 s用力呼气量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳喘缓解时间、退热时间、肺啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肺炎患者抗感染治疗中联合应用阿奇霉素与头孢曲松钠,效果极佳,可缩短患者住院时间,促进其疾病康复,治疗效果显著,应用价值高,建议推广。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of ceftriaxone sodium combined with azithromycin on pneumonia patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients with pneumonia admitted to Baotou Central Hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin,and the observation group was additionally treated with ceftriaxone sodium on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the inflammatory factor indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the vital capacity,residual capacity and forced expiratory volume in 1 s of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cough and asthma remission time,fever reduction time,lung rales disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined application of azithromycin and ceftriaxone sodium in the anti-infection treatment of pneumonia patients has excellent effect,which can shorten the hospitalization time of patients and promote their disease recovery.The therapeutic effect is remarkable and the application value is high,and promotion is recommended.
