阿托西班用于晚期先兆流产保胎治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Atosiban on Miscarriage Protection in Late Threatened Abortion

目的:分析晚期先兆流产患者采用阿托西班保胎治疗的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年6月东莞市第八人民医院收治的30例晚期先兆流产患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组和参照组,各15例。参照组给予黄体酮治疗,观察组给予阿托西班治疗,比较分析两组治疗效果。结果:与用药前比较,用药后两组患者白细胞介素2、白介素6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、人干扰素-γ、黄体生成素、促卵泡成熟激素水平下降,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后孕酮、雌二醇水平升高,且观察组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:晚期先兆流产患者采用阿托西班治疗可降低炎性反应,提高保胎效果。

Objective:To analyze the effect of miscarriage protection treatment with atosiban in patients with late threatened abortion.Methods:Thirty patients with late threatened abortion who were admitted to Dongguan Eighth People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 15 cases in each.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the observation group was treated with atosiban.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with before treatment,the levels of interleukin-2,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,human interferon-γ,luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone decreased in the two groups after treatment;and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of progesterone and estradiol increased,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Atosiban can reduce the inflammatory response and improve the effect of miscarriage protection in patients with late threatened abortion.
