摘要
目的:分析个性化感统训练法在脑瘫合并感统失调患儿中的应用效果。方法:将2018年1月-2020年3月淮安市妇幼保健院收治的80例脑瘫合并感统失调患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组在基础康复治疗的基础上开展常规感统训练,观察组在基础康复治疗的基础上开展个性化感统训练。两组训练干预前后,采用儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表评定患儿感统能力,采用视听整合连续执行量表(IVA-CPT)测定视听整合能力。结果:干预后,观察组患儿感统能力评分高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿重度感统障碍率低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组IVA-CPT各项评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化感统训练能有效提高脑瘫合并感统失调患儿的感统能力,促进视听整合能力的提升。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized sensory integration training method in children with cerebral palsy complicated with sensory integration disorder.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2020,80 children with cerebral palsy combined with sensory integration disorder admitted to Huai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,40 cases in each.The control group carried out routine sensory integration training on the basis of basic rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group carried out individualized sensory integration training on the basis of basic rehabilitation treatment.Before and after the training intervention in the two groups,the children's sensory integration ability was evaluated by the Children's Sensory Integration Ability Development Scale.Audiovisual integration ability was measured using the Audiovisual Integration Continuous Performance Scale(IVA-CPT).Results:After the intervention,the sensory integration ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of severe sensory dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the IVA-CPT scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized sensory integration training can effectively improve the sensory integration ability of children with cerebral palsy combined with sensory integration disorder,and promote the improvement of audio-visual integration ability.
