红蓝光照射联合阿昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Red and Blue Light Irradiation Combined with Acyclovir and Compound Glycyrrhizin in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的:分析红蓝光照射联合阿昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年10月2021年10月滕州市中医医院收治的100例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,使用随机抽样分组法分为对照组与试验组,各50例。对照组应用阿昔洛韦联合复方甘草酸苷治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上应用红蓝光照射治疗,分析两组带状疱疹患者的恢复情况、炎性指标水平、治疗总有效率。结果:治疗后,试验组疼痛好转时间、水疱消退时间及皮损结痂时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-10及白细胞介素-2水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对带状疱疹患者使用红蓝光照射联合阿昔洛韦、复方甘草酸苷治疗的效果较好,能够减轻患者炎性反应,缓解患者疼痛情况,缩短皮损结痂时间,促进患者病情恢复,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of red and blue light irradiation combined with acyclovir and compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2021,100 patients with herpes zoster who were admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random sampling method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir combined with compound glycyrrhizin,and the experimental group was treated with red and blue light irradiation on the basis of the control group.The recovery,inflammatory index levels,and total effective rate of treatment were analyzed in the two groups of herpes zoster patients.Results:After treatment,the pain improvement time,blister subsidence time and skin lesion crusting time in the experimental group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-10 and interleukin-2 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of red and blue light irradiation combined with acyclovir and compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of herpes zoster patients is good,and it can reduce the inflammatory reaction of the patient,relieve the pain of the patient,shorten the scabbing time of the skin lesion,and promote the recovery of the patient's condition,which is worthy of application.
