摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)作为乳液聚合单体,过硫酸铵(APS)作为引发剂,十二烷基硫醇作为链转移剂合成了高固含稳定的水性油墨丙烯酸乳液。研究了MMA与St的不同质量比(1∶0、7∶3、1∶1、4∶6、0∶1)对乳液性能(耐乙醇稳定性、复溶性、附着力)的影响。结果表明,MMA与St的不同配比对乳液耐乙醇稳定性、复溶性、附着力都有不同程度的影响。当MMA与St的质量比为7∶3时,乳液耐乙醇稳定性强,复溶性好,更重要的是在PE膜上的附着力可达100%,在PP膜上的附着力可达85%。总体结果显示,该乳液在水性油墨中具有很大的应用潜力。
A water-based ink acrylic emulsion with high solid content and stability was synthesized by using methyl methacrylate(MMA),styrene(St)and isooctyl acrylate(EHA)as emulsion polymerization monomers,ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator and dodecyl mercaptan as chain transfer agent.The effects of different ratios of MMA and St(1:0,7:3,1:1,4:6,0:1)on the emulsion properties(ethanol resistance stability,resolubility,adhesion)were studied.The results show that the different ratios of MMA and St have different effects on the ethanol resistance stability,resolubility and adhesion of the emulsion.When the ratio of MMA and St is 7:3,the emulsion has strong ethanol resistance stability,good resolubility,and more importantly,the adhesion on PE film can reach 100%,and the adhesion on PP film can reach 85%.Therefore,the overall results show that the emulsion has great application potential in water-based inks.
