摘要
制备了含Ti纳米颗粒的电沉积Ni基复合镀层,并对其制备工艺进行了研究,以获得Ti纳米颗粒均匀分布,无明显组织结构缺陷的复合镀层。通过改变镀液中Ti纳米颗粒浓度、电流密度和超声振幅等参数,对制备的试样进行了显微组织、化学成分和显微硬度分析。结果表明,当镀液中粒子质量浓度增加到40 g/L时,共沉积粒子的数量增加。超声波的使用防止了颗粒的团聚,导致更均匀的分布,并增加了Ti的含量。然而,它会引起基体的微观结构缺陷,但这些缺陷可以通过增加电流密度加以限制。因此,Ni/Ti纳米复合涂层的最佳制备工艺为:纳米Ti颗粒镀液浓度为40 g/L、低振幅超声和6 A/dm2的电流密度。
In this paper,electrodeposited Ni based composite coatings containing Ti nanoparticles were prepared,and the preparation process was studied to obtain the uniform distribution of Ti nanoparticles and no obvious structural defects of composite coatings.By changing the concentration of Ti nanoparticles,current density and ultrasonic amplitude in the bath,the microstructure,chemical composition and microhardness of the prepared samples were analyzed.The results show that when the concentration of particles in the bath increases to 40 g/L,the number of codeposited particles increases.The use of ultrasound prevented agglomeration of particles,resulting in more uniform distribution and increased Ti content.However,it causes microstructure defects in the matrix,which can be limited by increasing the current density.Therefore,the best preparation process of Ni/Ti nanocomposite coating is as follows:concentration of nano-Ti particle plating solution is 40 g/L,low amplitude ultrasonic and current density of 6 A dm^(2).
