摘要
利用热重分析仪分析了钙、钾基催化剂(CaO,K_(2)CO_(3))在CO_(2)气氛下的化学形态变化,重点考察两者在1098 K~1173 K温度范围内CO_(2)分压对褐煤焦-CO_(2)气化反应活化能的影响。结果表明,低温和高CO_(2)分压条件下CaO易发生碳酸化反应而失活,而K_(2)CO_(3)在所研究温度范围内不存在由于物相转变而引起的活性变化。钙基催化的焦-CO_(2)气化反应活化能存在对CO_(2)分压的依存性,而钾基催化的反应活化能不受CO_(2)分压的影响。
The chemical morphology changes of calcium and potassium based catalysts(CaO,K_(2)CO_(3))in CO_(2) atmosphere were analyzed by thermogravimetric analyzer.The influence of CO_(2) partial pressure of CaO and K_(2)CO_(3) on activation energy of lignite char-CO_(2) gasification reaction was investigated in the temperature range of 1098 K~1173 K.The results show that CaO is easy to be carbonated and deactivated at low temperature and high CO_(2) partial pressure,while K_(2)CO_(3) has no activity change caused by phase transition in the study temperature range.The activation energy of the char-CO_(2) gasification reaction catalyzed by calcium is dependent on the partial pressure of CO_(2),while the activation energy of the reaction catalyzed by potassium is not affected by the partial pressure of CO_(2).
