摘要
植物生长调节剂的研究和开发,在国家促进的“三农”活动中已经产生巨大的增产效果和可观的经济效益。在植物生长调节剂的生产与应用中,需要加强产品应用技术及其安全性能的研究。以芸苔素类植物生长调剂丙酰芸苔素内酯为例,对水样中的丙酰芸苔素内酯进行前处理,气相色谱定量条件进行研究,开发并验证了一种对水样中丙酰芸苔素内酯的前处理方法。该方法简单、准确且有效地提取、净化后供后续气相色谱内标法进行定量。在水中丙酰芸苔素内酯含量为0.01μg/g~0.5μg/g范围内,标准曲线的线性回归良好,相关系数为0.9995,回归方程为y=0.8899x-0.0385。
The research and development of plant growth regulators have produced huge yield increasing effects and considerable economic benefits in the"three rural"activities promoted by the state.In the production and application of plant growth regulators,it is necessary to strengthen the research on product application technology and its safety performance.Taking propionyl brassinolide as an example,the propionyl brassinolide in water samples was pretreated,and the quantitative conditions of gas chromatography were studied.A pretreatment method for propionyl brassinolide in water samples was developed and verified.This method is simple,accurate and effective.After extraction and purification,it can be used for subsequent gas chromatography internal standard method for quantification.The content of propionyl brassinolide in water is within the range of 0.01μg/g~0.5μg/g,the linear regression of the standard curve is good,the correlation coefficient is 0.9995,and the regression equation is y=0.8899x-0.0385.
