摘要
山西某矿东翼胶带巷围岩不稳定、裂隙发育以及承载能力不足,巷道掘进支护完成后,围岩变形量较大且长时间不收敛,给巷道使用安全带来较大威胁。依据东翼胶带巷现场实际条件,提出综合使用巷帮预注浆、巷帮刷扩、表面喷浆以及锚索补强等方式对不稳定围岩巷道进行加固。现场应用后,巷道顶底板、巷帮收敛量分别控制在15 mm、23 mm以内,围岩变形量较小,东翼胶带巷断面可满足后续使用需要,现场综合加固取得较好应用成果。
The surrounding rock of the belt roadway in the east wing of a mine in Shanxi Province is unstable,the cracks are developed and the bearing capacity is insufficient.After the roadway excavation and support is completed,the surrounding rock deformation is large and does not converge for a long time,which poses a great threat to the safety of the roadway.According to the actual conditions of the east wing belt roadway,the comprehensive use of roadway side pre grouting,roadway side brushing and expansion,surface shotcreting and anchor cable reinforcement are proposed to strengthen the unstable surrounding rock roadway.After field application,the convergence of roadway roof and floor and roadway side is controlled within 15 mm and 23 mm respectively,and the deformation of surrounding rock is small.The section of east wing belt roadway can meet the needs of subsequent use,and good application results have been achieved in field comprehensive reinforcement.
