近距离煤层群开采综采工作面均压通风防灭火技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对5303综采工作面回采期间回风隅角CO超限问题,提出均压通风技术为主、辅助采用注氮、封堵漏风裂隙、提高推进速度等进行防灭火,并依据现场条件对均压通风技术方案进行设计。现场应用后,5303综采工作面在后续回采期间通风系统始终保持稳定,回风隅角CO浓度控制在5×10^(-6)以内,取得较好防灭火效果。 In view of the CO overrun problem in the return air corner during the mining period of 5303 fully mechanized mining face,it is proposed that the pressure equalizing ventilation technology is mainly used,supplemented by nitrogen injection,sealing the air leakage cracks,improving the propulsion speed,etc.to prevent and extinguish the fire,and the pressure equalizing ventilation technology scheme is designed according to the site conditions.After on-site application,the ventilation system of 5303 fully mechanized mining face remains stable during subsequent mining,and the CO concentration in the return air corner is controlled within 5×10^(-6),good fire prevention and extinguishing effect can be achieved.
