摘要
为了解材质为12Cr1MoVG钢管的低温过热器管排泄露失效的原因,通过对失效件宏观分析确定试验方案,对低温过热器管排失效件进行化学检查、微观金相及硬度检查,综合对低温过热器管排泄露的弯管进行理化试验分析,并通过评定弯管的质量,确定了失效裂纹性质及产生原因,避免类似的低温过热器管排泄露的情况发生,使产品能够在高温环境下长期顺利的运行。
In order to understand the cause of the leakage failure of the low-temperature superheater tube bank made of 12Cr1MoVG steel pipe,the test plan was determined through the macro analysis of the failed parts,the chemical inspection,microscopic metallography and hardness inspection were carried out on the failed parts of the low-temperature superheater tube bank,the physical and chemical test analysis was carried out on the elbow leaking from the low-temperature superheater tube bank,and the nature and cause of the failure crack were determined by evaluating the quality of the elbow to avoid similar leakage of low-temperature superheater tube bank,so that the product can operate smoothly in high-temperature environment for a long time.
