Study on VOCs control of aromatic storage tanks in petrochemical Enterprises

在石化企业芳烃产品的储存过程中,会挥发产生挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)而对环境产生污染。如何减少VOCs的排放,采取高效手段进行回收,减少环境污染,越来越引起石化企业重视。本文主要探析成套VOCs治理设备回收芳烃产品储罐VOCs的工艺原理、安全联锁设置、回收效果分析和运行中的问题及解决措施。

In the storage process of aromatic hydrocarbon products in petrochemical enterprises,VOCs will volatilize and pollute the environment.How to reduce VOCs emissions,take efficient means to recycle,reduce environmental pollution,more and more attention to petrochemical enterprises.This paper mainly analyzes the process principle,safety interlock setting,recovery effect analysis,problems in operation and solutions of the VOCs storage tank of aromatic products recovered by complete VOCs treatment equipment.
