钻井液协同封堵技术在满深501H井的应用

摘要 满深501H井二开侏罗系底部碳质泥岩、三叠系底部泥岩易剥落掉块、垮塌;二叠系凝灰岩、火成岩,微裂缝发育,安全窗口窄;二叠系、志留系、奥陶系桑塔木组易发生井漏及卡钻事故。满深501H井钻井液通过对薄弱地层的多粒度颗粒协同封堵,确保了侏罗系-奥陶系桑塔木组井壁稳定,钻进中岩屑代表性好,完井电测显示井径规则,定向轨迹平滑,全井创该区块多个单项指标,大幅度缩短了钻井工期。 The carbonaceous mudstone at the bottom of Jurassic System and the mudstone at the bottom of Triassic System in the second spudding of Manshen 501H Well are easy to peel off and collapse;the tuff and igneous rock of Permian System are developed with micro-fractures and narrow safety windows;the leakage and sticking accidents are easy to occur in Sangtamu Formation of Permian,Silurian and Ordovician Systems.The drilling fluid of Manshen 501H well ensures the borehole wall stability of Sangtamu Formation of Jurassic-Ordovician System through the cooperative plugging of multi-grain size particles in weak formation,and the cuttings are well represented during drilling.The completion logging shows that the borehole diameter is regular and the directional trajectory is smooth.The whole well has created many single indicators in this block and greatly saved the drilling period.
