天然气管道安全运行影响因素及保护措施研究

Research on the safe operation of natural gas pipelines and protection measures

针对天然气管道的安全运行问题,结合天然气的基本性质,首先对天然气管道运行过程中的影响因素进行深入分析,在此基础上,提出天然气管道安全运行的保护措施,为保障我国的能源供给奠定基础。研究表明:受到管道内介质以及管道外部众多因素的影响,使得管道运行时刻面临安全风险。尽管我国十分重视天然气管道的安全运行问题,但是在管道运行的过程中仍然存在保护意识不足、管道材料问题、违章施工与占压以及施工质量问题等现象,因此,相关企业需要从强化安全宣传、做好风险识别、优化管道设计以及做好管道巡查等角度出发,分别采取多项有效措施,全面提高管道运行的安全性。

In response to the safety operation of natural gas pipelines,this study combines the basic nature of natural gas energy,first in-depth analysis of the influencing factors in the operation of the natural gas pipeline.Based on this my country’s energy supply is the foundation.Studies have shown that due to the influence of many factors in the pipeline and the many factors outside the pipeline,the pipeline operation is facing safety risks.Although my country attaches great importance to the safety operation of natural gas pipelines,there are still lack of protection awareness,pipeline materials,illegal construction and pressure,and construction quality problems during the operation of pipeline operation.Starting the perspective of stations maintenance,optimizing pipeline design,and pipeline inspections,we will take a number of effective measures to comprehensively improve the safety of pipeline operation.
