摘要
玉门油田鸭K区块白垩系地层含砾,具有高硬度、强研磨、可钻性差等特点。该地层曾使用过多种PDC、三牙轮钻头,但提速效果均不明显,且受钻头寿命影响,经常起下钻导致纯钻时效降低,周期延长,严重制约着区块提速增产步伐。同时在下沟组地层频繁起下钻,极易引起上部白杨河组、柳沟庄组、中沟组及下沟组交接面地层坍塌,造成井下复杂甚至严重事故[2]。在对该地层已用钻头调研的基础上,从机械钻速与磨损程度关系入手,通过对钻头复合片厚度、直径及钻头布齿密度、剖面抛物线和布齿后倾角的研究分析,优选出适应该地层的个性化钻头。该钻头具有较强的耐磨性和破岩能力,区块实验提速效果良好,为油田后期优质高效开发提供了技术支持,具有良好的现场施工指导作用。
The strata of Cretaceous in Yak Block of Yumen Oilfield contains gravel,which is characterized by high hardness,strong anti-grinding and poor drill-ability.It seriously restricts the pace of oil exploration with the poor ROP of Various PDC and tricone bits used in this formation.Meanwhile,affected by the poor performance of the bits used,the drilling efficiency is reduced and the period is prolonged,which seriously restricts exploration profits in Ya-K block.At the same time,frequent POOH and RIH in Xiagou formation can easily lead to formation collapse at the interface of upper Baiyanghe formation,Liugouzhuang formation,Zhonggou formation and Xiagou formation,resulting in complex and even serious accidents.In this paper,on the basis of the investigation of the bits used in this formation,starting with the relationship between ROP and wear degree,through the research and analysis of bit Polycrystalline Diamond Compact thickness,diameter,bit tooth density,profile parabola and tooth inclination angle,the personalized bit suitable for the formation is selected.The bit has strong anti-wear and rock breaking ability,and has a excellent performance in Cretaceous Xiagou formation,which provides technical support for highquality and efficient operation in future,and has a good on-site operation guidance.
