我国2010-2020年量表运用在功能性消化不良的文献计量及可视化分析

Bibliometric and Visualization Analysis of Scale in Functional Dyspepsia from 2010 to 2020 in China

目的对我国2010-2020年间发表的量表应用于功能性消化不良的文献进行文献计量及可视化分析。方法从中国知网、万方和维普中检索符合条件的文献,利用NoteExpress、VosViewer及Excel对数据进行处理。结果2010-2020年量表应用在功能性消化不良文献共计983篇。其中,发文量最多的是贺国斌及刘凤斌;《世界华人消化杂志》发文量最多;焦虑、抑郁以及生活质量是近几年量表应用在FD领域中的研究热点;共计923篇文献在FD临床研究中使用量表,其中SAS、SDS、HAMD、HAMA以及SF-36是目前使用最多的量表;症状评分量表中,使用频次前三的为NDI、自制FD症状量表、GSRS;在健康相关生存质量量表中,SF-36是使用频次最高的普适性量表,FDDQL、LDQ、中医脾胃系PRO量表是特异性量表中使用频次前三位。结论目前量表作为FD的疗效评价指标,主要运用在合并焦虑或抑郁的FD患者相关研究中。近几年,随着FD相关量表的增多以及对FD患者生存质量的关注,量表越来越多的运用于评价药物治疗FD的疗效评价研究中。但目前,仍缺乏经过信效度检验的FD症状评分量表,需要研制符合我国国情的症状评分量表,来促进高质量的FD临床研究发展。

Objective To conduct bibliometric and visualization analysis of the literatures on scale in functionaldyspepsia published in China from 2010 to 2020.Methods Qualified literatures were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfangand VIP database, processed and analyzed by Note Express, Vos Viewer and Excel.Results A total of 983 literatureswere used in functional dyspepsia from 2010 to 2020. Among them, He Guobin and Liu Fengbin published the mostarticles. World Chinese Journal of Digestology published the most articles. The research hotspots were anxiety,depression and quality of life in the recent years. A total of 923 literatures used scales in FD clinical studies, amongwhich SAS, SDS, HAMD, HAMA and SF-36 were the most commonly used scales at present.Conclusion At present, asan evaluation index for the efficacy of FD, the scale is mainly used in related studies of FD patients with anxiety ordepression. In recent years, with the increase of FD-related scales and the attention to patients’ quality of life with FD,scales have been more and more used in the evaluation of the efficacy of drug treatment of FD. Nevertheless, there is stilla lack of FD symptom scoring scales that have been tested for reliability and validity. Therefore, it is necessary todevelop a symptom scoring scale suitable for China’s national conditions to promote high-quality FD clinical research.
