As poverty hinders the realization of citizen rights of subsistence and development,social right,etc.,the essence of solving the problem of poverty is to guarantee the realization of human rights.Poverty alleviation is not only a project to improve people’s livelihood,but also a great project to protect human rights.China’s poverty alleviation has eliminated absolute poverty and overall regional poverty,which has created a great miracle of poverty reduction in the human history and promoted the development of the cause of human rights both in China and across the world.China’s experience of protecting human rights in poverty alleviation practice includes effectively guaranteeing the basic living standards of the people who have got rid of poverty through incentive and targeted institutional empowerment and policy empowerment and preventing the recurrence of the right of freedom against poverty to actively ensure the timely policy coordination and institutional convergence during the development of other rights of the people out of poverty under the strategy of rural revitalization.
