谁在影响创业失败修复?——基于多案例分析和解释结构模型的探索性研究

Who Is Influencing the Recovery of Entrepreneurial Failure?——An Exploratory Research Based on Multi-Case Analysis and Interpretative Structure Model

基于解释结构模型对7名典型的连续创业者的创业经历进行案例分析,提取创业失败修复的影响因素,将其分为表层(包括情绪成本、财务成本、创业激情等5项)、中层(包括创业愿景、创业凝聚力、团队管理等11项)及深层(包括失败经历、制度与环境、家庭氛围等4项)三个方面,并解析了这些因素间的内在逻辑关系及其层次结构。由此,提出了情绪管理是关键、培养创业持续性是基础、创业资本是保障的结论。

Based on the interpretative structure model,a case study was conducted on the entrepreneurial experience of 7 typical serial entrepreneurs,and the influencing factors of entrepreneurial failure repair were extracted and divided into three categories:facotros in the surface layer(5 factors including emotional cost,financial cost,entrepreneurial passion,etc.),factors in the middle layer(11 factors including entrepreneurial vision,entrepreneurial cohesion,team management,etc.)and factors in the in-depth layer(4 factors including failure experience,system and environment,family atmosphere,etc.).The internal logical relationship between these factors and their hierarchical structure were analyzed.Therefore,it is concluded that emotional management is the key,cultivating entrepreneurial sustainability is the foundation,and venture capital is the guarantee.
