摘要 注塑模具的设计是整个塑料产品研发与制造的关键,制造商和设计者要不断地改进其设计,合理、规范地进行技术创新,在科研中不断地加强对注塑模具的科学研究,积极借鉴国际、国内成功的案例与成功经验,不断完善注塑模具的技术,使其在技术上不断创新,从而提高产品的市场竞争力,为公司创造更加可观的经济效益。文章主要对高精密连接器加工中的注塑成型模具实践和优化工艺进行了深入的分析和研究。 The design of injection molds is the key to the development and manufacture of the entire plastic product.Manufacturers and designers must continuously improve their designs,carry out technological innovations in a reasonable and standardized manner,and continuously strengthen scientific research on injection molds in scientific research.Actively learn from international and domestic successful cases and successful experience,and constantly improve the technology of injection molds,so that they can continue to innovate in technology,so as to improve the market competitiveness of products,thereby creating more objective economic benefits for the company.This paper makes an in-depth analysis and research on the practice and optimization process of injection molding molds in the processing of high-precision connectors.
