摘要
LED照明产品冷却大多采用自然对流式冷却(散热)技术,与一般强制对流冷却技术相比,自然对流法冷却的照明产品,采用自然辐射对流换热量所占比例较大,其产品散热情况受周围环境风速的影响较大。本文将借助热仿真方法,详细分析产品实际要点,分析论证环境温度高低(对热辐射有较大影响)、风速等自然对流冷却对LED照明产品的散热效率的影响,对LED照明产品热性能分析和热特性测试具有重要积极的理论指导意义。
Most of the cooling of LED lighting products adopts natural convection cooling(heat dissipation)technology.Compared with the general forced convection cooling technology,the natural radiation convection heat transfer of electronic products cooled by natural convection method accounts for a larger proportion,and the heat dissipation of the products is greatly affected by the wind speed of the surrounding environment.With the help of thermal simulation method,the main points of the product are explained and analyzed in detail,and the influence of ambient temperature(which has a greater impact on thermal radiation)and wind speed on the heat dissipation efficiency of LED lighting products by natural convection cooling is analyzed and demonstrated.The performance analysis and thermal characteristic test have important and positive theoretical guiding significance.
