摘要
由于传统安检机存在平台高度导致的行李安检效率低下以及安检速度与人员通行速度不匹配等功能缺陷,介绍了一款基于旋转式设计的安检机,该安检机采取旋转式的传输方式,缩减安检所需时间,提高安检效率。大件行李直接推入、小件行李悬挂的安检形式提高了不同类型行李的安检效率,契合人体工程学。圆柱形的结构设计提高了空间利用率,通过JACK软件模拟证实其能提高安检效率。
Due to the functional defects of the traditional security inspection machine,such as low baggage security inspection efficiency and the mismatch between the speed of security screening and the speed of people passing through,this paper introduces a security inspection machine based on the rotary design.The security inspection machine adopts the rotary transmission mode to reduce the time required for security inspection and improve the security inspection efficiency.The security inspection form of large baggage directly pushed in and small baggage suspended improves the security inspection efficiency of different types of baggage,which is in line with ergonomics.The cylindrical structure design improves the space utilization.Through the simulation of Jack software confirms its ability to improve the security inspection efficiency.
