摘要
KKS标识系统用于海上风电场发变电设备、辅助设备和相关设施,分为工艺、安装点和位置标识三类。数字孪生作为资产密集型企业较为新兴的方法,为设备运行、故障诊断提供了新的解决思路。数字孪生技术可以利用数字孪生体分析孪生数据的方法,模拟物理实体的状态,从而实现在物理数据较少的情况下进行巡检、操作和诊断故障。
KKS identification system is used for power generation and transformation equipment,auxiliary equipment and related facilities of offshore wind farm.It is divided into process,installation point and location identification.As a relatively new method for asset intensive enterprises,digital twin provides a new solution for equipment operation and fault diagnosis.Digital twin technology can simulate the state of physical entities by using the method of analyzing twin data of digital twins,so as to realize patrol inspection,operation and fault diagnosis under the condition of less physical data.
