含铀芯块自动测量垂直度装置研制

摘要 含铀芯块是直接影响核燃料组件安全运行的重要因素之一,含铀芯块垂直度的测量尤其重要。随着公司产量的不断提升,传统的测量手段时间太长不能满足大批量测量需要,存在操作环节较多,在装配、操作、读数时容易产生误差等缺点。为满足公司生产需求并减少检测时误差,将自动测量技术引入到检测中是解决上述问题的迫切要求。结合含铀芯块的特点,选择测量方案,分析核燃料芯块垂直度误差与端面跳动误差的关系,研制了含铀芯块自动测量垂直度装置,该装置具有多种实用功能并通过测试证明此装置提高了含铀芯块垂直度检测精度和效率,为芯块的安全及质量提供了检测保证。 Uranium containing pellets are one of the important factors that directly affect the safe operation of nuclear fuel assemblies,and the measurement of perpendicularity of uranium containing pellets is particularly important.With the continuous improvement of the company's output,the traditional measurement methods take too long to effectively meet the needs of mass measurement.There are many operation links and are prone to errors in assembly,operation and reading.In order to meet the needs of the company's production and reduce the detection error,the introduction of automatic measurement technology into the detection is an urgent requirement to solve the above problems.Combined with the characteristics of uranium containing pellets,this paper selects the measurement scheme,analyzes the relationship between Perpendicularity Error and end face runout error of nuclear fuel pellets,and develops an automatic perpendicularity measurement device for uranium containing pellets.The device has a variety of practical functions.The test shows that this device improves the perpendicularity detection accuracy and efficiency of uranium containing pellets,and provides a detection guarantee for the safety and quality of pellets.
