赖氨酸对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化及免疫指标的影响

摘要 试验以1~21 d AA肉鸡为研究对象,分析赖氨酸对肉鸡生长性能、血清生化及免疫指标的影响。试验选取225只同批次1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复25只,组间初始体重无差异显著。其中,对照组饲喂1%赖氨酸水平日粮,试验1、2组以添加L-赖氨酸盐酸盐的方式,将日粮中赖氨酸水平分别提高到1.2%、1.4%,试验为期21 d。结果:(1)与对照组相比,试验1、2组肉鸡末重和平均日增重显著提高(P <0.05),且料重比显著降低(P <0.05)。试验1组肉鸡末重和平均日增重数值最高,且料重比数值最低。(2)试验1、2组肉鸡血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。(3)试验1、2组肉鸡血清中免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G浓度显著高于对照组(P <0.05),试验1、2组肉鸡脾脏指数、胸腺指数显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,考虑到1~21 d AA肉鸡的饲养经济效益和耐受性,日粮赖氨酸的最佳水平为1.2%。 The effects of lysine on growth performance,serum biochemical and immune indexes of AA broilers from 1 to 21 days were analyzed.225 1daa broilers of the same batch were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 25 broilers in each replicate.There was no significant difference in initial body weight between the groups.Among them,the control group was fed with 1% lysine level diet,and the experimental groups 1 and 2 increased the lysine level in the diet to 1.2% and 1.4% respectively by adding L-lysine hydrochloride.The experiment lasted for 21 days.Results:(1)compared with the control group,the final weight and average daily gain of broilers in test groups 1 and 2 increased significantly(P < 0.05),and the feed to weight ratio decreased significantly(P < 0.05).The final weight and average daily gain of broilers in test group 1 were the highest,and the feed weight ratio was the lowest.(2)The activities of glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase in serum of broilers in test groups 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)The concentrations of immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G in serum of broilers in test groups 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the spleen index and thymus index of broilers in test groups 1 and 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:under the experimental conditions,considering the feeding economic benefit and tolerance of 1 ~ 21d AA broilers,the optimal level of lysine in the diet is 1.2%.
