随着我国市场经济的深入发展,市场竞争日益加剧,饲料企业专业人才短缺和发展不均衡的问题也日益凸显。以饲料企业为主体的校企合作有助于饲料企业引进与培养高水平人才,加强技术研发和创新;有利于企业更新经营理念,实现产业高质高效全面发展。本文分析了饲料企业的发展现状,阐述了饲料企业与高职院校合作的重要性,研究了校企合作过程中人才培养的途径。

With the thorough development of market economy in our country,the shortage of professional talents and unbalanced development of feed enterprises become more and more prominent.The college-enterprise cooperation with feed enterprises as the main body helps feed enterprises to introduce and cultivate high-level talents and strengthen technological research,development and innovation.It is helpful for enterprises to update their business philosophy and realize the comprehensive development of high quality and high efficiency of the industry.This paper analyzes the current situation of feed enterprises,illustrates the importance of cooperation between feed enterprises and vocational colleges,and studies the ways of talent training in the process of college-enterprise cooperation.
