丁酸钠对肉鸡生长性能、免疫性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨丁酸钠替代饲用抗菌药物对肉鸡生长性能、免疫性能和血清生化指标的影响,试验将144只1日龄(AA)肉鸡随机分为对照组、丁酸钠组、阿莫西林组、恩诺沙星组4组,每组6个重复,试验期42 d。结果表明:(1)21 d时,丁酸钠组采食量较对照组和阿莫西林组分别提高8.32%和6.80%(P <0.05),恩诺沙星组采食量较对照组和阿莫西林组分别提高4.92%和3.45%(P <0.05),丁酸钠组增重较对照组、阿莫西林组和恩诺沙星组分别提高5.61%、5.48%和3.27%(P <0.05);42 d时,阿莫西林组采食量较对照组、丁酸钠组和恩诺沙星组分别提高6.31%、6.84%和4.24%(P <0.01),丁酸钠组和恩诺沙星组增重较对照组分别提高11.24%和9.08%(P <0.01),丁酸钠组料肉比较对照组、阿莫西林组和恩诺沙星组分别降低10.75%、11.57%和4.50%(P <0.05),丁酸钠组法氏囊和脾脏指数比其他组高,但差异不显著(P> 0.05)。(2)21 d时,丁酸钠和阿莫西林组血清钙和糖含量较恩诺沙星组分别下降29.70%和32.78%(P <0.05),42 d,丁酸钠组血清钙和糖含量较恩诺沙星组分别下降38.83%和49.59%(P <0.01)。(3)丁酸钠组γ-谷氨酰转移酶含量较对照组、阿莫西林组和恩诺沙星组分别增高16.69%、12.20%和9.79%(P <0.05),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)低于其他3组但差异不显著,恩诺沙星组肌酸激酶较丁酸钠组和对照组分别升高28.59%和27.04(P <0.01)。说明日粮添加丁酸钠较添加阿莫西林和恩诺沙星能更好的提高雏鸡生长性能和免疫性能,有效改善鸡的肝、肾功能,可以起到很好的“饲料替抗”作用。 To explore the effect of sodium butyrate as a substitute for antibiotics on growth performance,immune performance and serum biochemical indexes of broilers.144 broilers of 1-day-old were randomly divided into the control group,sodium butyrate group,amoxicillin group and enrofloxacin group,With 6replications in each group.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:(1)At 21 days,the intake of sodium butyrate group than the control group and amoxicillin group were increased by 8.32%and 6.80% respectively(P 0.05).(2)At 21 days,the contents of serum calcium and glucose of sodium butyrate group and amoxicillin group than the enrofloxacin group were significantly lower by 29.70% and 32.78%respectively(P 0.05).The content of creatine kinase of enrofloxacin group than the sodium butyrate group and control group was increased by 28.59% and27.04% respectively(P < 0.01).The results indicated that sodium butyrate could improve the growth performance,immune performance,liver and kidney function of broilers,and could play an important role in“feed substitute antibiotic”compared with amoxicillin and enrofloxacin.
