摘要
自20世纪50年代以来,高湿玉米青贮因其具有可降低田间损耗、减少干燥环节和降低霉菌毒素感染风险等优点,在国外得到了广泛的推广和应用。高湿玉米青贮制作过程受收获时间、籽粒破碎和青贮添加剂的影响较大。收获时间的提前可以降低青贮玉米的田间损耗;籽粒破碎技术的应用可以提高籽粒中的淀粉消化率;青贮添加剂的使用可以促进青贮的发酵过程,抑制有害微生物的繁殖,减少饲料的营养物质损耗。本文通过对影响高湿玉米青贮制作过程三个关键点(收获时间、籽粒破碎和青贮添加剂)的研究进展进行综述,旨在为该技术在我国的推广应用奠定基础。
Since the 1950s,high-moisture corn silage has been widely promoted and applied in abroad due to its advantages of reducing field losses,reducing drying links and reducing the risk of mycotoxin infection.The production process of high moisture corn silage is greatly affected by receiving time,seed crushing and silage additives.Among them,the advance of harvesting time can reduce the field loss of silage corn;The application of grain crushing technology can improve the starch digestibility in grains;The use of silage additives can promote the fermentation process of silage,inhibit the propagation of harmful microorganisms,reduce the loss of nutrients in the feed,and improve the quality of silage.In this paper,the research progress of three key points affecting the silage process of high moisture corn was reviewed,aimed to provide a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of this technology in China.
