摘要
目的探讨护理技能操作教学改革对护理高职生临床思维能力的影响。方法随机抽取2020级高职护理专业2个班,分别设为试验组(n=57)和对照组(n=58),试验组基于技能大赛进行技能操作项目教学改革;对照组按照常规教学模式开展教学。教学后,比较两组护理高职生的临床思维能力。结果教学后试验组护理高职生临床思维能力得分(93.02±11.06)高于对照组(82.02±11.41)(t=5.247,P<0.05)。结论基于技能大赛的技能操作项目教学改革能提高护理高职生的临床思维能力。
Objective To explore the effects of skill operation teaching reform on clinical thinking ability of higher vocational nursing students.Methods Students of two classes admitted in 2020 in a higher vocational college were randomly recruited with 57 students in the experimental group and another 58 in the control group.Students in the experimental group received skill teaching based on the skill competition.Students in the control group was taught by the routine skill teaching.The clinical thinking ability of the two groups was compared.Results The clinical thinking ability score of students in the experimental group(93.02±11.06)was higher than that in the control group(82.02±11.41)(t=5.247,P<0.05).Conclusion Skill operation reform based on the skill competition can improve the clinical thinking ability of students in the higher vocational college,and the teaching effects are remarkable.
