卓越人才培养背景下护理专业教学改革探析

Teaching reform under the cultivation of excellent nursing talents

该文探究了卓越人才内涵,从国家卫生建设、学科发展以及学生自身发展3个角度明确了卓越护理人才培养的必要性和现实意义,总结出卓越人才培养的普遍规律,结合我国护理学科及护理专业发展现状,从选“材”、培养目标、培养模式、课程内容、师资与教学方式、培养环境6个方面提出护理专业卓越人才培养策略,以期推动我国护理教育改革,促进我国护理事业的发展。

This article explored the connotation of excellent talents.The necessity and practical significance of excellent nursing talents training are clarified from three perspectives of national health construction,discipline development and students'own development.The paper also summarized the universal law of excellent talents training.Combined with the development status of nursing discipline and nursing specialty in China,this paper explored the cultivation path of nursing talents from six aspects,including selection of talents,training objectives,training model,curriculum contents,teachers and teaching methods,and training environment to promote the reform of nursing undergraduate education and the development of nursing career in China.
