乡村红色资源价值转化机制研究——对浙江省丽水市红色乡镇的扎根分析与实证检验

Research on the Value Transformation Mechanism of Rural Red Resources——Grounded Analysis and Empirical Test on Red Towns in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province

乡村红色资源是革命老区乡村特有的优势资源,推进乡村红色资源的价值转化是促进革命老区乡村振兴的路径选择。本文通过对浙江省丽水市红色乡镇的扎根分析与实证检验,从价值发现、价值创造与价值获取三个方面剖析乡村红色资源价值转化机制。结果表明,在对红色资源保护传承及其价值挖掘识别的基础上,通过以集群创新、精益运营、协同治理、开放协作和数字赋能为内容的红色资源价值创造,能兼顾实现革命老区乡村的经济增长、红绿融合和村民增收。推进这一价值转化的关键是,拓展红色关联产业领域,构建由党建引领、政府主导、企业运营和村民参与的协同治理机制,并让价值转化成效更好地惠及当地村民。

Rural Red Resources are the unique advantage resources in the old revolutionary base areas.Promoting the value transformation of rural red resources is the path choice to promote the rural revitalization in the old revolutionary base areas.This paper analyzes the value transformation mechanism of rural red resources from three aspects:value discovery,value creation and value acquisition through the grounded analysis and empirical test of red towns in Lishui City,Zhejiang Province.The results show that,on the basis of the protection and inheritance ofred resources and the value mining and identification,the red resource value creation based on cluster innovation,lean operation,collaborative governance,open cooperation and digital empowerment can realize the economic growth,red green integration and villagers’income increase in the old revolutionary areas.The key to promote this value transformation is to expand the red related industries,build a collaborative governance mechanism led by party building,government led,enterprise operation and villagers’participation,and make the value transformation effect benefit the local villagers better.
