摘要
以携程网上的皇家加勒比国际邮轮游客点评作为文本数据来源,利用文本分析工具对游客体验情感特征、词频分析和社会关系语义网络图进行分析。研究发现:游客在邮轮空间上的体验以积极情感为主,但存在邻避效率,希望能够对“他者”进行空间的管控和约束。邮轮空间生产力可以从空间维度和空间元素将邮轮游客体验空间划分为5大维度17项细分元素。从具体空间关注面来看,游客关注邮轮的饮食空间、住宿空间、娱乐空间和人际空间。最后提出强化邮轮空间的生产功能和前瞻预警功能。
Taking Royal Caribbean International cruise ship reviews on Ctrip.com as a text data source,text analysis tools are used to analyze the emotional characteristics of tourists’experience,word frequency analysis,and semantic network graphs of social relations.The study found that the experience of tourists in the cruise space is dominated by positive emotions,but there is the efficiency of neighbor avoidance,and it is hoped that the“other”can be controlled and restrained in space.The productivity of cruise space can divide the cruise passenger experience space into 5 major dimensions and 17 subdivision elements from the spatial dimensions and spatial elements.From the perspective of specific space concerns,tourists pay attention to the dining space,accommodation space,entertainment space and interpersonal space of the cruise ship.Finally,it is proposed to strengthen the production function and forward warning function of the cruise space.
