基于系统动力学的重庆临空产业生态圈政策仿真研究

Chongqing Airport Industrial Ecosystem based on System Dynamics Research on Policy Simulation

临空产业生态圈是以航空运输服务业为核心延伸而成的链网经济系统。本文将产业生态思想引入临空经济,构建临空产业生态圈一般模型,并基于此运用系统动力学方法构建航空运输、临空产业、经济环境子系统和临空产业生态圈泛系统,通过改变关键变量对重庆临空产业生态进行仿真模拟,从而提出强化航空枢纽功能、增加产业支持力度、推进产业协同布局、加强生态圈要素支撑等政策建议。

The airport industrial ecosystem is a chain network economic system extended with the air transportation service industry as the core.This paper introduces the industrial ecological idea into airport economy,builds a general model of airport industry ecosystem,and builds the air transportation,airport industry,economic environment subsystem and airport industry ecosystem,by changing the key variables,so as to strengthen the policy suggestion of aviation hub function,increase industrial support,promote industrial collaborative layout and strengthen ecosystem factors.
