摘要 管理学作为经管类专业学生的重要课程,对培养学生综合能力有着重要作用。现实原因导致目前教学注重知识传输,而能力培养面临多重阻力。情境教学是解决课程内容单一化与现实能力需求多样化的必然选择,有助于管理学教学实现知识传输向能力培养转变,能有效活跃课堂气氛。情境教学在实践中面临多种困难,文章在综合分析的基础上,基于管理情境教学实践,从决策、组织、领导和控制四个职能给出了情境教学设计方案。 Management,as an important course for students majoring in economics and management,plays an important role in cultivating students’comprehensive ability.Practical reasons lead to the current teaching focusing on knowledge transfer,while ability training faces multiple resistances.Situational teaching is an inevitable choice to solve the simplification of course content and the diversification of practical ability needs.It is helpful for management teaching to realize the transformation from knowledge transmission to ability training,and can effectively activate the classroom atmosphere.Situational teaching faces many difficulties in practice.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,based on the practice of management situational teaching,the article gives a situational teaching design scheme from four functions of decision-making,organization,leadership and control.
