摘要
全要素生产率是衡量一个地区经济发展水平的重要指标。本文利用2007—2019年浙江省56个县域单元投入产出数据,通过建立随机前沿生产函数模型对浙江省的TFP进行分解研究。结果表明,第一,技术进步的提高是浙江省全要素生产率增长的主要原因,处于资本驱动型的投资依赖路径中,需要在科研投入等方面,对投入的方向和结构进行进一步的完善。第二,资源配置效率随着时间逐渐下降,资本产出弹性持续走低。第三,浙江省全要素生产率的增长在一定程度上受制于规模效率的持续下降。第四,技术效率在较低水平保持着较为稳定增长的状态。
Total factor productivity is an important indicator to measure the level of economic development in a region.This paper uses the input-output data of 56 county-level units in Zhejiang Province from 2007 to 2019 to decompose the TFP of Zhejiang Province through the established stochastic frontier production function model.The results show that,first,the growth of Zhejiang Province’s total factor productivity is a technological progress-driven growth model,which is in a capital-driven investment-dependent path,and further optimization of the direction and structure of scientific research investment is needed.Second,the efficiency of resource allocation is decreasing year by year,and the elasticity of capital output continues to decline.Third,the continuous decline in scale efficiency has restricted the growth of total factor productivity.Fourth,the overall technical efficiency is in a state of low-level steady growth.
