薯蓣粥对老年2型糖尿病病人肠道益生菌和炎性因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨薯蓣粥对老年2型糖尿病病人肠道益生菌和炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2020年3月—9月晋江市医院晋南分院糖尿病俱乐部的老年2型糖尿病病人88例,随机分为干预组和对照组各44例。对照组给予糖尿病常规治疗与健康指导,干预组在常规治疗和健康指导的基础上每天早上服用薯蓣粥1次(150 g),连续干预12周。分别于干预前、干预12周检测两组病人肠道内益生菌(双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌)、炎性因子(高敏C-反应蛋白、白介素-6)、血糖指标(糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、早餐后2 h血糖)的变化。结果:干预后,干预组病人乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量高于对照组,干预组病人高敏C-反应蛋白、白介素-6水平低于对照组,干预组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、早餐后2 h血糖低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:薯蓣粥可提高老年2型糖尿病病人肠道内乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌的数量,降低高敏C-反应蛋白、白介素-6等炎性因子水平,降低糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖和早餐后2 h血糖。 Objective:To explore the effect of dioscorea porridge on intestinal probiotics and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:From March 2020 to September 2020,88 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in the Diabetes Club of Jinnan Branch of Jinjiang Hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and health guidance for diabetes,and on the basis of routine treatment and health guidance,the intervention group took dioscorea once every morning(150 g)for 12 weeks,the intervention group was given dioscorea porridge once a day in the morning on the basis of routine treatment and health guidance,the amount of 150 g,continuous intervention for 12 weeks.The changes of probiotics in intestinal tract(bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria),inflammatory factors(hs-CRP and IL-6)and blood glucose indexes(glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose and 2h blood glucose after breakfast)of two groups were compared before intervention and 12 weeks after intervention,respectively.Results:After intervention,lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group and HbA1c,FBG and PPG in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Dioscorea porridge can increase the number of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacterium,decrease the level of inflammatory factors,such as hs-CRP and IL-6,and decrease HbA1c,FBG and PPG in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.
