基于CiteSpace的老年人整合照护研究热点及趋势分析

Research hotspot and trend analysis of integrated care for older people based on CiteSpace

目的:分析近10年老年人整合照护研究热点趋势,以期为我国老年人整合照护研究的发展提供借鉴。方法:以Web of Science核心数据库中2010年—2020年老年人整合照护相关文献作为数据来源,应用CiteSpace V绘制研究机构与作者、研究国家合作图谱及高频关键词、突现词、时间线等可视化图谱。结果:最终共纳入文献1267篇。老年人整合照护研究的年度发文数量在2017年之后呈现明显上升趋势,机构和国家合作网络之间联系密切,作者之间联系相对分散,热点主题可以归纳为整合照护核心理念转变、政策体系支持、慢性病或多发病整合照护模式、信息化健康管理技术4个方面。时间线图谱显示近10年国外整合照护的研究呈现萌芽阶段、稳定发展阶段和繁荣发展阶段3个阶段的演化路径。结论:老年人整合照护的趋势为对慢性病老年人信息技术方面的研究。启动“ICOPE-CHINA”项目,可推动我国社区居家护理与医疗护理相结合,推动养老服务供给从“碎片化运作”向“整体性治理”转变。

Objective:It analyzed the hotspot and trend of integrated care research for older people in recent 10 years,in order to provide references for the development of integrated care research for the older people in China.Methods:Literatures related to integrated care for the older people included in Web of ScienceTMwere used as data sources.The retrieval period was From January 2010 to December 2020.CiteSpace V was used to draw the collaborative co-occurrence maps of institutions,authors and study countries and the visual knowledge maps of key words co-occurrence,emergent words and time lines in foreign literatures on integrated care for the older people.Results:A total of 1267 foreign literatures were finally included.The hot topics were summarized into four aspects,which were the transformation of the core concept of integrated care,the support of policy system,the integrated care model for chronic or frequently occurring diseases,and the information-based health management technology.The timeline map showed that the research on integrated care abroad in recent 10 years had shown an evolutionary path of three stages:germination,stable development and prosperity.Conclusion:The trend of integrated care for the elderly is the research on information technology for the elderly with chronic diseases Launching the"ICOPE-CHINA"project is helpful to promote the combination of home care and medical care in Chinese community,promote the elderly service supply from"fragmented operation"to"holistic management".
