Study on Abdominal Syndrome in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases

对伤寒六经病中腹证按照原文进行分类研究,分析六经病具体腹证及其发病机制,继而研究后世医家对伤寒腹证诊察手法的完善及现代伤寒腹证在临床诊断中的运用。六经典型腹证,如太阳病腹证可见心下痞、胸满等症状;阳明病腹证可见腹满、心下硬满等症状;少阳病腹证可见胸胁苦满、胁下痞硬、胁下硬满等症状;太阴病腹证可见腹满、胸下结硬等症状;少阴病腹证可见腹痛、心下痛等症状;厥阴病腹证可见心下满、心下濡、小腹濡等症状。在腹证的后世发展过程中,清代绍派俞根初、日本汉方医家吉益东洞等拓展了其在临床中的应用。从系统思维出发探析《伤寒论》腹证的发展,可将腹证分为拘挛类、胸满类、胸胁苦满类、痞硬类等。

According to the original text,the abdominal syndrome of the six-meridian disease of cod damage is classified and studied,the specific abdominal syndrome of six-meridian disease and its pathogenesis are analyzed,and then the improvement of the diagnostic methods of abdominal syndrome of cod damage by later generations of doctors and the application of modern abdominal syndrome of cod damage in clinical diagnosis are studied.The following are the six classic types of abdominal syndromes:symptoms of stuffiness below the heart and chest fullness,etc.can be seen in abdominal syndrome of Taiyang disease;symptoms of abdominal fullness,stiffness and fullness below the heart,etc.can be seen in abdominal syndrome of Yangming disease;symptoms such as thoracic and costal fullness and discomfort,stuffiness and stiffness below the costal region,stiffness and fullness below costal region,etc.can be seen in abdominal syndrome of Shaoyang disease;symptoms such as abdominal fullness,lump and stiffness below the chest,etc.can be seen in abdominal syndrome of Taiyin disease;symptoms such as abdominal pain and pain below the heart,etc.can be seen in abdominal syndrome of Shaoyin disease;symptoms such as fullness below the heart,softness below the heart,lower abdominal softness etc.can be seen in abdominal syndrome of Jueyin disease.During the later development of abdominal syndrome,YU Genchu of the Shao School of the Qing Dynasty and Jiyi Dongdong,a physician of Chinese medicine in Japan,expanded its clinical application.From the perspective of systematic thinking,the development of abdominal syndromes in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases were analyzed,abdominal syndromes can be divided into convulsion type,chest fullness type,thoracic and costal fullness and discomfort type,and stuffiness and stiffness type.
