高丽大蓟活性成分、生物活性及毒理研究进展

摘要 菊科蓟属植物高丽大蓟(Cirsium setidens Nakai)全株作为韩国传统药材已经使用了几个世纪,主要分布在韩国江原道。该药材主要用于治疗水肿、出血和咯血,近年来在韩国已申请为药食两用品。目前已从高丽大蓟中分离鉴定出48种化合物,涵盖黄酮类、酚酸类、萜烯类等。高丽大蓟生物活性涉及范围广,其中抗氧化效果突出,是保肝、减肥、神经保护等多种生物活性或药理作用的基础。通过查阅文献,发现该植物无细胞毒性、急性毒性、短期毒性,且无慢性毒性相关报道。对高丽大蓟的活性成分、生物活性及毒理作用进行系统综述,为进一步研究高丽大蓟并明确药理作用机制提供文献资料。参考文献37篇。 The whole plant of Korean Daji(Cirsium setidens Nakai),a thistle plant in the composite family,has been used as a traditional Korean medicine for centuries.Korean Daji is mainly distributed in Gangwon Province of South Korea.This medicine is used for the treatment of edema,hemorrhage and hemoptysis.In recent years,it is listed as a health food in South Korea.Forty-eight compounds,including flavonoids,phenolic acids and terpenes,etc.have been isolated and identified from this plant.The plant has a wide range of biological activities,among which the antioxidant effect is prominent,which is the basis of many biological activities or pharmacological effects such as liver protection,weight loss and neuroprotection.No cytotoxicity,acute toxicity,short-term toxicity and chronic toxicity have been reported through reviewing the domestic and foreign medical literatures.This paper systematically reviewed the active ingredients,biological activities and toxicological effects of Korean Daji,providing references for further study of Korean Daji and clarifying the pharmacological mechanism.There are 37 references in total.
