上海集成电路领域创新策源能力的研究

Research on the innovative sourcing capability in Shanghai's integrated circuit field

策源能力是一个领域内创新能力考量的重要指标,集成电路是引领未来的产业,也是上海重点发展的领域。通过研究上海集成电路领域的创新策源能力,聚焦集成电路技术与产业的关键点突破,可以引领高新技术产业的发展,助力科技创新中心的建设。本文基于上海市集成电路的发展环境,分别从前瞻部署能力、科学发现能力、技术突破能力、创新资源集聚能力4个方面分析了上海集成电路创新策源能力的现状,总结了产业发展特点。结论显示,上海集成电路领域创新策源能力较强。除此之外,文章亦结合未来的产业技术发展趋势,为提升其创新策源能力提出了一些建议。

Sourcing capability is an important indicator of innovation capability in a field.Integrated circuits are an industry leading the future and a key development area in Shanghai.By studying Shanghai's innovation sourcing capabilities in the field of integrated circuits and focusing on key breakthroughs in integrated circuit technology and industry,it can lead the development of high-tech industries and help the construction of a science and technology innovation center.Based on the development environment of integrated circuits in Shanghai,this paper analyzes the current situation of Shanghai's integrated circuit innovation source capabilities from four aspects:forward-looking deployment capabilities,scientific discovery capabilities,technological breakthrough capabilities,and innovation resource aggregation capabilities,and summarizes the characteristics of industrial development.The conclusion shows that Shanghai has a strong ability to source innovation in the field of integrated circuits.In addition,the article also puts forward some suggestions for improving its innovation source ability based on the future development trend of industrial technology.
