疾控机构食品实验室风险关键点分析与风险控制

摘要 疾控机构食品实验室作为第三方检测机构,为社会提供公正检测数据,为卫生监督执法的检验提供技术支撑,检测数据通常作为政府决策的重要依据。本文参照《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》(CNAS—CL01—G0012018)以及《风险管理原则与实施指南》(GB/T 24353—2009)准则要求,对疾控食品实验室参与检测活动的“人、机、料、法、环”5个要素进行风险来源识别、风险关键点分析,并提出针对性风险控制措施,从而保证疾控机构食品实验室检测数据的科学、准确、公正。 As a third-party testing institution,the food laboratory of disease control institutions provides fair testing data for the society and technical support for the inspection of health supervision and law enforcement.The testing data is usually used as an important basis for government decision-making.Referring to the requirements of CNAS—CL01—G001:2018 and GB/T 24353—2009,this paper identifies the risk sources and analyzes the risk key points of the five elements of“human,machine,material,method and environment”involved in the testing activities of the food laboratory for disease control,and puts forward targeted risk control measures,so as to ensure the scientific,accurate and fair testing data of the food laboratory of the disease control institutions.
