摘要
目的:建立葛根提取物薄层鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法为葛根提取物定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定葛根素含量。结果:葛根素在6.25~62.49μg/mL与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为102.78%,RSD为1.55%。结论:建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,为制定葛根提取物的质量标准提供科学依据。
Objective:To establish a method for TLC(thin layer chromatography)identification and content determination of Pueraria lobata extract.Method:TLC was used to identify the extract of Pueraria lobata;The content of puerarin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Result:Puerarin has a good linear relationship with the peak area at 6.25~62.49μg/mL The average recovery is 102.78%and RSD is 1.55%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which provides a scientific basis for the quality standard of Pueraria lobata extract.
