摘要
为了提升实验室食品中大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7/NM检测能力,本实验室参加了大连中食国实检测技术有限公司组织的大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7/NM检测能力验证活动。根据《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7/NM检验》(GB 4789.36—2016),对疑似菌进行鉴定。结果显示,编号143样品中检出大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7/NM,编号349、142样品中均未检出大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7/NM。本实验室顺利完成能力验证,结果为满意。
To strengthen the detection capability of Escherichia coli O157:H7/NM in food of laboratory,the laboratory participated in proficiency testing on Escherichia coli O157:H7/NM detection in foods by China CFAPA Testing Technology Company Limited of Dalian.The isolated suspicious colonies were identified by the method of GB 4789.36—2016.The results showed that Escherichia coli O157:H7/NM was detected in sample 143,and Escherichia coli O157:H7/NM was not detected in sample 349 or 142.The proficiency testing was successfully completed,and the satisfactory results were obtained.
