摘要
本文综述了蓝莓的营养成分及其保健功能的研究进展,为今后蓝莓有效成分的提取及相关产品的开发提供一定的指导与借鉴。
This paper summarizes the research progress on the nutritional components and health function of blueberry,and provides some guidance and reference for the extraction of effective components of blueberry and the development of related products in the future.
