摘要
本文以鹤壁市食品企业为研究对象,通过参观食品企业车间、座谈交流、问卷调查等方式,了解鹤壁市食品企业的产业布局概况与企业运行状况。通过梳理总结鹤壁市食品企业在新常态发展过程中的现状及面临问题,旨在引起其他相关市域发展食品产业的关注与思考,并为解决鹤壁市食品企业的困境提供建议。
This paper takes the food enterprises in Hebi city as the research object,and understands the industrial layout and operation status of the food enterprises in Hebi city by visiting the workshops of the food enterprises,discussing and exchanging,questionnaire survey and other means.By sorting out and summarizing the current situation and problems faced by food enterprises in Hebi city during the development of the new normal,this paper aims to arouse the attention and thinking of other relevant cities in developing the food industry,and provide suggestions for solving the plight of food enterprises in Hebi city.
