《舊唐書》中晚唐人物列傳史源辨析——以《順宗實録》八傳爲中心

An Analysis of the Historical Origin of the Biographies in the Middle and Late Tang Dynasty of Jiu Tang Shu——Focused on the Eight Biographies of Shun Zong Shi Lu

《舊唐書》作爲唐代研究最基本文獻,其史料來源決定了我們對唐代基本事件的認識,因此這一問題歷來頗受關注,並形成了中晚唐列傳以實録本傳爲藍本這一常識。但事實上這一認識並未經過實證檢驗。本文即通過《順宗實録》中的八篇傳記與相對應《舊唐書》本傳的比讀發現,《順宗實録》傳記僅僅構成了《舊唐書》本傳的部分來源,《舊唐書》本傳的生成實際上糅入了大量其他材料,由此亦可見五代史臣在《舊唐書》的編纂上並非單純抄掇材料,而是在别擇的基礎上做了相當有效的整合工作。

As the most basic document of the Tang Dynasty,the source of Jiu Tang Shu determines our understanding of the basic events of the Tang Dynasty.Therefore,this issue has always attracted much attention,and formed the common sense that the biographies of the middle and late Tang Dynasty take Tang Shi Lu as the blueprint.But in fact,this understanding has not been empirically tested.Through the comparison between the eight biographies in Shun Zong Shi Lu and the corresponding biography of Jiu Tang Shu,the paper finds that the biography of Shun Zong Shi Lu only constitutes part of the source of the biography of Jiu Tang Shu,and the generation of Jiu Zhuan actually involves a large number of other materials.It can also be seen that the historiographers of the Five Dynasties did not simply copy and affix materials in the compilation of Jiu Tang Shu.Instead,they had done quite effective integration work on the basis of alternatives.
