摘要
制动夹钳单元是基础制动装置的重要组成部分,其功能的正常与否直接影响列车的安全运行。文中以CR200J型动力集中电动车组动力车制动夹钳单元运用过程中的一起故障为例,结合该制动夹钳单元的故障现象,通过现车拆解、分解检查及试验检测等故障排查方法,定位了故障点,分析了故障发生的原因和故障的危害,并对如何减少此类故障提出建议。
The brake caliper unit is an important part of the basic brake device,and its function directly affects the safe operation of the train.Based on the fault phenomenon of the brake caliper unit of the CR200J power centralized electric multiple unit,the fault point is located,the cause of the fault and the harm of the fault are analyzed,and some suggestions on how to reduce the fault are put forward.
