摘要
发动机的整机振动状态对发动机的正常工作和故障诊断意义重大,但实际环境中,由于受周围复杂环境的影响,采集的振动信号往往含有强噪声并伴有故障信号微弱、故障特征难以提取等问题。本文从振动采样数据处理软件的优化方案和算法实现角度,完成了算法设计、代码实现和系统测试。
The vibration state of the whole engine is of great significance to the normal operation and fault diagnosis of the engine. However, in the actual environment, due to the influence of the surrounding complex environment, the collected vibration signals often contain strong noise and are accompanied by weak fault signals and difficult fault characteristics. extraction, etc. This paper completes the algorithm design, code implementation and system test from the perspective of the optimization scheme and algorithm realization of the vibration sampling data processing software.
