摘要
针对某型柴油发动机在试验中出现的缸盖水套与油气腔之间出现开裂漏水问题,结合金相、电镜、断口分析等手段,分析了开裂可能原因,并利用计算机仿真技术,基于生产水平进行迭代计算,锁定失效根本原因。最终从工艺和设计两方面提出了优化改善措施。经耐久试验验证,该措施稳定有效,对柴油发动机的设计开发具有较强的指导性和实用性。
A certain type of diesel engine has a cracking problem between the cylinder head water jacket and the oil and gas cavity during the test, combining metallographic, electron microscopy, fracture analysis and other means, analyzed the cause of cracking, and put forward optimization and improvement measures from the aspects of design and process.Proven by durability test, the measure is stable and effective, it has strong guidance and practicability for the design and development of diesel engines.
