摘要
发动机技术指标中清洁度一直都是最为关键的指标,对发动机的各项性能指标、使用寿命及可靠性都有直接影响。此外,如果发动机清洁度较差,还会导致发动机出现抱轴、拉缸以及油道堵塞等后续问题,因此清洁度的检测与控制工作需贯穿发动机的整个制造过程,需对其进行严格处理,才能真正保证发动机的内在质量。本文阐述了清洁度对发动机润滑性能和燃烧性能的影响,明确了清洁度颗粒尺寸的确定原则。
Cleanliness has always been the most critical index in engine technical indexes, which has a direct impact on engine performance indexes, service life and reliability. In addition, if the engine cleanliness is poor, it will also lead to the engine holding shaft, cylinder pulling and oil blockage and other subsequent problems, so cleanliness detection and control work needs to run through the whole manufacturing process of the engine, it needs to be treated strictly, in order to truly ensure the internal quality of the engine. In this paper, the influence of cleanliness on engine lubrication performance and combustion performance is described, and the determination principle of cleanliness particle size is clarified.
